As part of the AppJam 2014 Competition, teams are required to make videos that go over their creation processes, pitch the app, or just generally talk themselves up in really awesome ways. We decided that the best way to do this would be to have everybody contribute to the video by talking about what they’d done, what they enjoyed most, and how they felt this app could help the future. In short, we’d turn it from just a video preview into a sort of “documentary” of us and the steps we went through developing DanceCraft.
Nathan was in charge of video work (he is also the one writing this blog post :P), and so he (who is now referring to himself in the third person…weird) recorded all the group members today giving talks about DanceCraft, grabbed all the footage we had lying around, danced like a maniac with the team and recorded it, and threw together this video.
Needless to say he (I?) is pretty proud of it, as it shows exactly how much hard work went into making DanceCraft a reality.
It took five hours and lots of Starburst Jellybeans (thank goodness Easter just ended), but we have a video that Nathan is proud of. But, more importantly, it showcases how much confidence we have in DanceCraft and how helpful and promising of a future it has in the fight against autism!
If you like the video, please share it!
